<p>T and I had headed up to Fort William with the intention of doing the CMD arete, but in the end, the weather proved unsuitable for anything as Grandson-of-Bawbag was trying to take down even more trees and remove all the snow.
<p>So we headed to <a href="http://www.ice-factor.co.uk/">The Ice Factor</a> for some indoor snow.
<p>I was somewhat rusty, having not done any ice climbing in years, and this was Tor's first time.  However, it didn't take much to remember how to use them, and Tor's now insisting we go and do real climbs ASAP, so we're all happy.
